Mrs. Iona Pearl Glascock, 74, Rt. 1 New Ross, a native and life resident of Montgomery County, died at 8:05 a.m. Monday in culver Hospital. She had been in failing health the last eight years. Born June 17, 1890, she was a daughter of James and Margaret Diver Mastin. She married Perry I. Glascock May 26, 1909 in Crawfordsville. They celebrated their Golden Wedding anniversary in 1959. Mrs. Glascock was a member of the Mace Methodist Church and Oriental Chapter 244 OES of Linden. Survivors include besides the husband, three sons, James Howard of San Bernadino, Calif., Harold Thomas of Lake Arrowhead, Calif., and Max I. of Rt. 3; a daughter, Mrs Margaret Kalweit of Indianapolis, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are announced for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Helms Funeral Home in Linden, where friends may call after 3 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Linden Cemetery. Rev. John Servies will officiate.
